To accelerate your CAR-T cell discovery and development project, Creative Biolabs offers ready to use CAR lentivirus packaging kit to help you package fresh lentivirus in-house.
The kits provide a complete lentivirus packaging system to produce CAR lentivirus, which enables CAR-T cells generation. It contains plasmids that express all the viral proteins necessary, and CAR detection reagent, providing a full set of reagents for CAR lentivirus packaging and CAR expression evaluation. The expressed CAR lentiviruses are HIV-based, VSV-G pseudotyped lentiviral particles that are ready to be transduced into almost all types of mammalian cells. CAR detection reagent can be used to detect the positive expression rate of CAR-T cells after lentiviral transduction.
The kits contain the following components:
1. A CAR lentiviral vector
2. Three packaging vectors
3. CAR detection reagent
4. 293 cells
