CD20 is a transmembrane protein expressed primarily on the surface of B lymphocytes, playing a critical role in B-cell activation and differentiation. Mechanism of Action

This interaction triggers multiple immune-mediated mechanisms, including complement-dependent cytotoxicity (CDC), antibody-dependent cellular cytotoxicity (ADCC), and direct induction of apoptosis.
