This product is a monoclonal antibody that recognizes Arabinogalactan-2. It binds to an epitope present in arabinogalactan proteins from potato and lupin. This antibody binds strongly to galactans and arabinogalactans. It is cross-reactive in Acer pseudoplatanus, Arabidopsis thaliana, Lactuca sativa, Lupinus albus, Lupinus sativa, Solanum lycopersicum, Solanum tuberosum. It can be used in applications such as ELISA, IHC, IF.
