Cas9-stable cells are usually used in relevant experiments involving gene editing operations. They can stably express the CRISPR Cas9 nuclease and have become popular tools across the globe. The Cas9-expressing monkey primary bladder microvascular cells provided by Creative Biolabs are isolated through transduction with Cas9-lentiviral particles. They are collected from flasks and transferred into vials when growing to the third passage. You can expand these cells for 3-5 passages at a split ratio of 1:2 in a specified medium by Creative Biolabs. They are easy to access for every customer as long as you have related research needs.
