Creative Biolabs develops Cas9-expressing monkey primary cells by transducing Cas9-lentiviral particles. They are isolated from various normal tissues, such as the lung, liver, brain, and so on. These cells are collected from flasks and transferred into vials when growing to the third passage. You can expand these cells for 3-5 passages at a split ratio of 1:2 in a specified medium by Creative Biolabs. The cell types are composed of epithelial cells, endothelial cells, fibroblasts, and smooth muscle cells, from which you can find the most suitable tool for your project.
