Creative Biolabs develops Cas9-expressing monkey primary cells by transducing Cas9-lentiviral particles. They are isolated from various normal tissues, such as the lung, liver, brain, and so on. These cells are cultured in a gelatin pre-coated tissue culture flask until the third passage and then are collected in vials. You can expand them for 3-5 passages at a split ratio of 1:2 under a suitable culture condition.
