Cas9 Expressing Monkey Primary Kidney Epithelial Cells (NHFF-1123-HX50)

Cas9-expressing cells are considered a helpful tool for conducting gene editing experiments. At Creative Biolabs, through transduction with Cas9-lentiviral particles, we isolate the monkey kidney epithelial cells that stably express the wild-type Cas endonuclease. We prepare these cells when they are in the third passage from a gelatin pre-coated tissue culture flask. They can be easily expanded for 3-5 passages under a suitable culture condition specified by Creative Biolabs. They have been assessed as high quality and will accelerate your research progress.
