Cre-expressing stable cells provided by Creative Biolabs are prepared by transducing Cre recombinase. They are isolated from cynomolgus monkeys and have been confirmed negative for mycoplasma, bacteria, yeast, fungi, as well as HIV 1, hepatitis B and hepatitis C. We collect and cryo-preserve these cells transfected by LOXP constructs when they are in the third passage. You can reculture them for 3-5 passages for various biological analyses in a specified medium by Creative Biolabs. We have built a cell bank from which you can choose the most suitable cell product to carry out various biological analyses.
