It is well-known that GFP has promoted a lot of biological research progress over the decades. We isolate the GFP-expressing monkey fibroblasts from the normal mammary gland tissue. These high-quality cell samples are obtained by the classic process of transfection with GFP-lentiviral particles. When the cells are in passage 3, we harvest and transfer them into vials.
