The immortalized GFP-expressing monkey primary endothelial cells provided by Creative Biolabs are isolated from the normal small intestine microvascular tissue of cynomolgus monkeys. They are obtained by the immortalization of over-expressing certain virus genes and have been excluded from bacterial contamination. In a gelatin-pre-coated tissue culture flask, these cells are cultured until the third passage and then transferred in vials for cryopreservation.
