Immortalized cells can obtain the powerful capability to proliferate constantly ex vivo, which is considered a breakthrough. Creative Biolabs develops derivations of primary proximal tubular epithelial cells from cynomolgus monkeys by the immortalization of over-expressing certain virus genes. These cells are freshly prepared and inoculated in a gelatin-pre-coated tissue culture flask for growth. Until the third passage, they are collected in vials and have the potential to be expanded for more than ten passages under a condition specified by Creative Biolabs. These reliable products have been confirmed as sterile and will offer an evaluable tool to accelerate your project.
