Luciferase is famous and has become a powerful tool in biology due to its nature as a bioluminescence protein. Our luciferase-expressing primary monkey kidney epithelial cells are prepared from the normal coronary artery by transducing the luciferase lentiviral particles. These cells grow in a gelatin-pre-coated tissue culture flask until the third passage. Then we harvest them in vials so that you can thaw and expand them conveniently at a proper time. They are easy to access for every customer by sending an inquiry to us.
