RFP is usually used as a biomarker to test the location of specific proteins. At Creative Biolabs, we offer high-quality RFP-expressing primary cells prepared from the lung microvascular tissue of cynomolgus monkeys by transducing RFP-lentiviral particles. They are collected in passage 3 and can be expanded to 3-5 passages at a split ratio of 1:2 under suitable cultivation conditions.
