RFP is an extensively used label protein in a variety of biochemistry assays. According to the general protocol, Creative Biolabs build a RFP-expressing cell product network including the RFP-expressing monkey primary pulmonary artery smooth muscle cells by transducing RFP-lentiviral particles. We collect these cells from the gelatin-pre-coated tissue culture flask in passage 3 and cryopreserve them in vials so that you can subsequently thaw them conveniently. We keep all RFP-expressing cells available to our global customers as long as you have related research needs.
