Universal Cell Lysis Reagent is developed by Creative Biolabs for the lysis of all human and animal cells. It's available in a ready-to-use format and offers an ideal tool for your western blot, Chromatin IP, enzyme activity assays, and other routine applications.
Ingredients:
50 mM Hepes, 50 mM NaCl, 1% Triton X-100, 5 mM EDTA, 15 mM DTT, 10 mM sodium pyrophosphate, 50 mM sodium fluoride, 1 mM sodium orthovanadate, and protease inhibitor cocktail.
