Creative Biolabs is devoted to developing Cas9-expressing cells from various normal tissues. Our Cas9-expressing monkey primary bronchial fibroblasts are isolated from cynomolgus monkeys by means of transducing Cas9-lentiviral particles. They are collected from flasks and transferred into vials when growing to the third passage. You can expand these cells for 3-5 passages at a split ratio of 1:2 in a specified medium by Creative Biolabs. They can stably express the CRISPR Cas9 nuclease, which will help gene editing and further accelerate your project.
