Cas9 Expressing Monkey Primary Esophageal Epithelial Cells (NHFF-1123-HX46)

Creative Biolabs develops Cas9-expressing monkey primary cells by transducing Cas9-lentiviral particles. They are isolated from various normal tissues, such as the lung, liver, brain, and so on. We prepare these cells when they are in the third passage from a gelatin pre-coated tissue culture flask. They can be easily expanded for 3-5 passages under a suitable culture condition specified by Creative Biolabs.
