Cas9-expressing cells are considered a helpful tool for conducting gene editing experiments. At Creative Biolabs, through transduction with Cas9-lentiviral particles, we isolate the monkey mammary epithelial cells that stably express the wild-type Cas endonuclease. When these cells are expanded to passage 3, we collect them in vials for your subsequent culture under our specified medium condition. They have been assessed as high quality and will accelerate your research progress.
