Our Cas9-expressing monkey primary lung fibroblasts are obtained from the common transduction operation of Cas9-lentiviral particles. We prepare these cells when they are in the third passage from a gelatin pre-coated tissue culture flask. They can be easily expanded for 3-5 passages under a suitable culture condition specified by Creative Biolabs. They are high-quality and will bring a more suitable research tool for your project.
