Cre-expressing stable cells provided by Creative Biolabs are prepared by transducing Cre recombinase. We collect and cryo-preserve these cells transfected by LOXP constructs when they are in the third passage. You can reculture them for 3-5 passages for various biological analyses in a specified medium by Creative Biolabs. They are isolated from cynomolgus monkeys and have been confirmed negative for mycoplasma, bacteria, yeast, fungi, as well as HIV 1, hepatitis B and hepatitis C. We have built a cell bank from which you can choose the most suitable cell product to carry out various biological analyses.
