Cre-expressing stable cells provided by Creative Biolabs are prepared by transducing Cre recombinase. We prepare these cell products transfected by LOXP constructs in a gelatin pre-coated tissue culture flask and finally transfer them into vials at the third passage until you rethaw them for subsequent research. They are isolated from cynomolgus monkeys and have been confirmed negative for mycoplasma, bacteria, yeast, fungi, as well as HIV 1, hepatitis B and hepatitis C. We have built a cell bank from which you can choose the most suitable cell product to carry out various biological analyses.
