Cre-expressing stable cells show great potential in life science. Creative Biolabs has successfully a collection of Cre-expressing monkey primary fibroblasts containing the ones isolated from normal colon tissue. They can stably express the Cre recombinase and are suitable for various applications. We prepare these cell products transfected by LOXP constructs in a gelatin pre-coated tissue culture flask and finally transfer them into vials at the third passage until you rethaw them for subsequent research.
