Creative Biolabs built the Cre-expressing stable cell network containing various tissue derived primary cells. The Cre-expressing monkey primary liver sinusoidal microvascular endothelial cells are collected through transduction with Cre recombinase. These cells transfected by LOXP constructs are collected in vials when in passage 3. Subsequently, you can choose to rethaw them for your specific research at a proper time. They have been excluded from common contaminations that frequently occur in cell cultures and are an essential platform in the biological area.
