Cre-expressing stable cells provided by Creative Biolabs are prepared by transducing Cre recombinase. We culture these cells transfected by LOXP constructs in a gelatin pre-coated tissue culture flask until passage 3. Then we collect them in vials so that you can thaw and expand them for specific research under a condition specified by Creative Biolabs. They are isolated from cynomolgus monkeys and have been confirmed negative for mycoplasma, bacteria, yeast, fungi, as well as HIV 1, hepatitis B and hepatitis C. We have built a cell bank from which you can choose the most suitable cell product to carry out various biological analyses.
