Deoxyribonuclease I (DNase I), animal component-free (ACF) is purified from cultures free of animal-derived materials and is often considered a reagent to digest DNA leaked into the dissociation medium after cell damage. At present, it is mainly applied in various experiments requiring tissue digestion.
