GFP is usually used as a biomarker to test the location of specific proteins. At Creative Biolabs, we offer high-quality GFP-expressing primary cells prepared from the liver sinusoidal microvascular tissue of cynomolgus monkeys by transducing GFP-lentiviral particles. When the cells are in passage 3, we harvest and transfer them into vials. You can expand them for 3-5 passages in a suitable medium.
