GFP plays a significant role in cell biology and biotechnology. We generate the GFP-expressing monkey primary ovarian microvascular endothelial cells from the normal ovary of cynomolgus monkey by the transfection process with GFP-lentiviral particles in a standard cleanroom. We collect and cryopreserve these cells in small vials when in passage 3 so that you can thaw them for research when needed.
