At Creative Biolabs, we generate a lot of immortalized GFP-expressing primary endothelial cells, such as the ones from the normal aorta of cynomolgus monkeys. These cells at passage 3 are harvested in vials and can be expanded for more than ten passages at a split ratio of 1:2 under the culture condition specified by Creative Biolabs. They are produced by the immortalization of over-expressing certain virus genes in a standard sterility environment and are easy to access by sending an inquiry.
