Creative Biolabs develops cell derivations of GFP-expressing primary small intestinal fibroblasts from cynomolgus monkeys by the immortalization of over-expressing certain virus genes. In a gelatin-pre-coated tissue culture flask, these cells are cultured until the third passage and then transferred in vials for cryopreservation. You can rethaw and expand them for more than ten passages at a split ratio of 1:2 in a suitable medium. These reliable products have been confirmed as sterile and will offer an evaluable tool to accelerate your project.
