Immortalized cells can obtain the powerful capability to proliferate constantly ex vivo, which is considered a breakthrough. Creative Biolabs develops cell derivations of GFP-expressing primary tracheal fibroblasts from cynomolgus monkeys by the immortalization of over-expressing certain virus genes. We harvest these cells from a gelatin-pre-coated tissue culture flask when they are in passage 3. Then we cryopreserve them in vials so that you thaw and culture them under our specified culture condition at a proper time. These reliable products have been confirmed as sterile and will offer an evaluable tool to accelerate your project.
