Creative Biolabs develops a collection of derivative products of GFP-expressing primary cells. Our immortalized GFP-expressing monkey primary tracheal smooth muscle cells are generated from the immortalization event of over-expressing some viral genes. We harvest these cells from a gelatin-pre-coated tissue culture flask when they are in passage 3. Then we cryopreserve them in vials so that you thaw and culture them under our specified culture condition at a proper time. These cells are easy to culture and maintain, and offer a helpful platform for obtaining homogeneous cells constantly.
