The immortalized monkey primary bronchial fibroblasts provided by Creative Biolabs are isolated from the normal bronchial tube tissue of cynomolgus monkeys. They are obtained by the immortalization of over-expressing certain virus genes and have been excluded from bacterial contamination. These cells can be collected from a gelatin-pre-coated tissue culture flask in vials when in passage 3 for subsequent applications. They have the potential to be extended for more than ten passages in a suitable medium. We keep these high-quality and reliable products accessible to every customer.
