At Creative Biolabs, we generate a lot of immortalized primary fibroblasts, such as the ones from the normal vein of cynomolgus monkeys. These cells are isolated from fresh tissues and grow in flasks until passage 3. Then they are harvested in vials and can be expanded for more than ten passages at a split ratio of 1:2 in a suitable medium. They are produced by the immortalization of over-expressing certain virus genes in a standard sterility environment and are easy to access by sending an inquiry.
