The immortalized monkey primary colonic fibroblasts provided by Creative Biolabs are isolated from the normal colon tissue of cynomolgus monkeys. They are obtained by the immortalization of over-expressing certain virus genes and have been excluded from bacterial contamination. When growing to the third passage in flasks, these cells are harvested in vials and have the potential to be expanded for more than ten passages at a split ratio of 1:2 under our specified condition.
