At Creative Biolabs, we generate a lot of immortalized primary fibroblasts, such as the ones from the normal small intestine of cynomolgus monkeys. We prepare these cells from fresh tissues and culture them in a gelatin-pre-coated tissue culture flask until the third passage. Then we collect them in vials so that our customers can thaw and expand them for specific applications. They are produced by the immortalization of over-expressing certain virus genes in a standard sterility environment and are easy to access by sending an inquiry.
