Our luciferase-expressing primary monkey coronary artery endothelial cells are prepared from the normal coronary artery by transducing the luciferase lentiviral particles. In the third passage, these cells are harvested in vials and can be expanded for 3-5 passages under a condition specified by Creative Biolabs.
