Luciferase Expressing Monkey Primary Tracheal Smooth Muscle Cells (NHFF-1123-HX346)

At Creative Biolabs, we have made many efforts in developing luciferase-expressing monkey primary cells. We collect these cells when they grow to passage 3 in a gelatin-pre-coated tissue culture flask and cryo-preserve them in vials so that you thaw them for subsequent research. At present, our luciferase-expressing monkey smooth muscle cells from the normal trachea tissue are on sale. They are derived from the transduction with the luciferase lentiviral particles in a standard cleanroom and are suitable for many similar applications to fluorescent proteins.
