Luciferase is famous and has become a powerful tool in biology due to its nature as a bioluminescence protein. Our luciferase-expressing primary monkey dermal lymphatic endothelial cells are prepared from the normal derma tissue by transducing the luciferase lentiviral particles. In the third passage, these cells are harvested in vials and can be expanded for 3-5 passages under a condition specified by Creative Biolabs.
