Luciferase can stably express firefly luciferase and is a common research tool as a reporter gene. We collect these cells when they grow to passage 3 in a gelatin-pre-coated tissue culture flask and cryo-preserve them in vials so that you thaw them for subsequent research. Our luciferase-expressing monkey primary tracheal epithelial cells are prepared from transduction with the luciferase lentiviral particles and can be customized to meet your diversified needs.
