Luciferase has been extensively applied in a lot of applications as a type of bioluminescence protein. At Creative Biolabs, we have isolated luciferase-expressing primary monkey esophageal epithelial cells through the classic protocol of transducing the luciferase lentiviral particles. These cells grow in a gelatin-pre-coated tissue culture flask until the third passage. Then we harvest them in vials so that you can thaw and expand them conveniently at a proper time. The whole process is completed in a standard cleanroom, ensuring the high-quality of these luciferase-expressing cells.
