At Creative Biolabs, we have made many efforts in developing luciferase-expressing monkey primary cells. At present, our luciferase-expressing monkey cells from the normal mammary gland tissue are on sale. These cells grow in a gelatin-pre-coated tissue culture flask until the third passage. Then we harvest them in vials so that you can thaw and expand them conveniently at a proper time. They are derived from the transduction with the luciferase lentiviral particles in a standard cleanroom and are suitable for many similar applications to fluorescent proteins.
