Nowadays, RFP has been considered an invaluable molecular biology tool. The RFP-expressing primary prostate epithelial cells from Creative Biolabs have been assessed as high-quality and can express RFP stably to meet various research needs. They are cryopreserved in vials when in passage 3 and can be expanded for about 3-5 passages at a split ratio of 1:2 in a suitable medium.
