Observable red-orange fluorescence of RFP is very helpful for a large range of cell biology research. Our RFP-expressing skeletal muscle cells are derived from the cynomolgus monkeys' normal tissues. The ones from the skeletal muscle tissue are isolated by transducing RFP-lentiviral particles. We collect these cells from the gelatin-pre-coated tissue culture flask in passage 3 and cryopreserve them in vials so that you can subsequently thaw them conveniently.
