Cas9 Expressing Monkey Primary Cardiac Fibroblasts (NHFF-1123-HX29)

Creative Biolabs is devoted to developing Cas9-expressing cells from various normal tissues. Our Cas9-expressing monkey primary cardiac fibroblasts are isolated from cynomolgus monkeys by means of transducing Cas9-lentiviral particles. These cells are cultured in a gelatin pre-coated tissue culture flask until the third passage and then are collected in vials. You can expand them for 3-5 passages at a split ratio of 1:2 under a suitable culture condition. They can stably express the CRISPR Cas9 nuclease, which will help gene editing and further accelerate your project.
