Cas9 Expressing Monkey Primary Dermal Lymphatic Endothelial Cells (NHFF-1123-HX44)

Cas9-stable cells are seen as a popular research tool due to their capability of stably expressing Cas9 endonuclease, making a lot of contributions to gene editing experiments. We have developed a series of Cas9-stable cells including the Cas9-expressing monkey primary dermal lymphatic endothelial cells by transducing Cas9-lentiviral particles. We prepare these cells when they are in the third passage from a gelatin pre-coated tissue culture flask.
