NHP Hepatocyte, Stellate Cell, Kupffer Cell Products
Monkey hepatocytes, which are critical for drug metabolism and toxicity studies, have been widely used in preclinical drug development assays, such as metabolism, clearance, uptake, hepatotoxicity, induction, and drug-drug interaction (DDI) assays. They are a highly effective model for prediction in human patients as homologous drug-metabolizing enzymes are also abundantly found in human hepatocytes in the liver, a primary site of drug metabolism. Our cryopreserved monkey hepatocytes can be provided in both plateable and suspension formats, to suit the different applications of global customers.
Similarly, stellate cells play a crucial role in liver fibrosis and Kupffer cells are specialized in the body's defense against pathogens.
