Creative Biolabs built the Cre-expressing stable cell network containing various tissue derived primary cells. The Cre-expressing monkey primary ocular choroid fibroblasts are collected through transduction with Cre recombinase. These cells are cryo-preserved in vials after being cultured to passage 3 in a gelatin pre-coated tissue culture flask. You can thaw and expand them for 3-5 passages in a culture condition specified by Creative Biolabs. They have been excluded from common contaminations that frequently occur in cell cultures and are an essential platform in the biological area.
