Creative Biolabs constructs the cell bank involving a variety of Cre-expressing stable cells isolated from normal tissues of cynomolgus monkeys. Among them, the Cre-expressing monkey primary pancreatic epithelial cells are obtained through transducing Cre recombinase. These cells are cryo-preserved in vials after being cultured to passage 3 in a gelatin pre-coated tissue culture flask. You can thaw and expand them for 3-5 passages in a culture condition specified by Creative Biolabs. They are excluded from mycoplasma, bacteria, yeast, fungi, as well as HIV 1, hepatitis B and hepatitis C, which will be a helpful research tool for your project.
