Cre-expressing stable cells show great potential in life science. Creative Biolabs has successfully a collection of Cre-expressing monkey primary cells containing the ones isolated from normal retina tissue. When culturing them to passage 3, we transfer these cells transfected by LOXP constructs from the gelatin pre-coated tissue culture flask to vials. You can thaw and expand them for specific research at a proper time. They can stably express the Cre recombinase and are suitable for various applications.
