• Cre-expressing stable cells provided by Creative Biolabs are prepared by transducing Cre recombinase. They are isolated from cynomolgus monkeys and have been confirmed negative for mycoplasma, bacteria, yeast, fungi, as well as HIV 1, hepatitis B and hepatitis C. When culturing them to passage 3, we transfer these cells transfected by LOXP constructs from the gelatin pre-coated tissue culture flask to vials. You can thaw and expand them for specific research at a proper time. We have built a cell bank from which you can choose the most suitable cell product to carry out various biological analyses.
